Many courses and trainings can be amazing when participants take them but then afterwards the daily whirlwind of work takes over and it is easy to go back to old habits and behaviors. And that amazing course fades quietly into the night. We don't want that. But how do we improve the likelihood that courses and trainings turn into behaviors?
