3 TIPS IN SUMMARY
1. Make sure you have a digital "coffee break room" (or what you wish to call it) where people can meet, talk and exchange experiences. For this you need some kind of platform.
2. Make it easy for people to find knowledge. Make it searchable and easily accessible, just like when people search on Google or elsewhere.
3. Make it easy for people to share knowledge with each other:
Insights, experiences, hacks etc.
