With its 1,300 employees, spread across the country, Ludvig & Co had a hard time finding efficiency in their introductory training for new colleagues. They experienced that there was a very different length of time between the start of employment and the physical education opportunity and that prior knowledge varied so much that it became difficult for the educators to maintain a consistent level in the classroom. By digitizing certain parts of the introductory training, LRF Konsult can now onboard more new employees in fewer training days.
